Attorney Henrik Tamm advises and defends clients in all areas of white-collar crime law. A particular focus of his practice is the defense against criminal insolvency charges.

After completing his studies at Humboldt University in Berlin, he spent a research fellowship at the University of Zurich, where he conducted in-depth research on German and international restructuring and insolvency law. Henrik Tamm completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, with placements at a division of the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office specializing in criminal insolvency law, as well as at two major international law firms, including in the areas of white-collar crime and internal investigations.
