Attorney Youssef Siracusa advises and defends clients across all areas of criminal law, with a particular focus on white-collar and tax criminal law. During his studies at the University of Trier, he specialized in white-collar criminal law and international criminal law. Mr. Siracusa completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court, where he again focused on criminal law and procedure. Throughout his traineeship, he concentrated on white-collar and tax criminal law, gaining experience at the Stuttgart Public Prosecutor's Office within the department for white-collar and tax-related offenses. He further honed his legal expertise through placements at law firms in Stuttgart specializing in commercial and criminal law. Additionally, he gained valuable insight into tax administration practices during his administrative placement at the Stuttgart II Tax Office. Mr. Siracusa is currently pursuing a doctorate in white-collar criminal law at the University of Trier under the supervision of Prof. El-Ghazi.
