Attorney Julia Weiß advises and defends clients in all areas of criminal law, with a particular focus on commercial criminal law. One focus of her work is preventive criminal law advice and corporate defense in fine proceedings.

Julia Weiß worked for several years as legal counsel in the criminal law department of Mercedes-Benz Group AG. There, as an in-house lawyer, she advised specialist departments and company management on all criminal law issues in a national and international context, as well as on criminal compliance. She advised on internal investigations, designed training courses and lectures, and was a member of the group-wide crisis management team.

Before joining Mercedes-Benz, Julia Weiß worked at a renowned law firm in Heilbronn. She represented individuals and companies nationwide in complex criminal proceedings, gained extensive (forensic) experience in various large-scale and major proceedings, and also advised on compliance issues.

Julia Weiß studied law at Heidelberg University, specializing in criminal sciences. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg.

Since beginning her professional career in 2012, Julia Weiß has worked exclusively in criminal law and has held the title of specialist lawyer for criminal law since 2016.
